Gun Oil
I know the one mod I would consider for my Vert that is on order would be to drop it an inch+,.....I have been looking at various packages, and have not found one that references the GT500 Vert Do any of you "Verties" out there have a package that you have used that doesn't turn the GT500 into a buck board??? I am really not willing to sacrifice ride to drop the car....but would really like to eliminate the "jacked up" look. Thanks in advance!
ShelbyRookie
Steeda make a set of springs that are specific to the GT 500 Vert. I'm not going to change my shocks as I like you am looking for a softer ride. I'm sure others will chime in with good shock ideas but I think the Steeda springs are the way to go. iceman
I used eiback prokit springs and the lowering is good. There is a bit stiffer ride but I also did a number of other things to get that stiffer ride. I put in the D-Spec's which are adjustable and when made soft it is nit a ton stiffer than stock. When tightened up though it's like a gokart. I drive around with it in between the 2. I also did an anti roll kit and am am very pleased with the way my car handles and rides now. That being said if I did it today I'd likely take a good hard look at the the Steeda springs. For more $ the coil over solutions out there would be nice options too.
