sdear
Grabber...it was 30 dollars...but was well worth it to me. I priced out the magnetic backing , and the cheapest i could find was by a roll and by the time it shipped it would have been 50 dollars. Now keep in mind he only did one sign. Chris has the other since he was my partner in crime That included the black striping around the outer edges. I didnt trust myself to do this good of a job. It should last forever. He is the same guy that restriped my hood..he is very good. I am sure any sign company could do it......but if you want to send me yours, would be glad to take them to him. I just pulled my 2 signs and my number #130 out of the tube for the first time. They are brand new and pretty spiffy. I am going to check with one of our local sign shops. Thanks for the info. Grabber I have bout 5 or 6 ft of the magnetic backing left over from mine, you are welcome to have it if you like. It cuts pretty easy with heavy scissors or tin snips and I just sanded the edges. Was pretty easy to do. But I like the added edging Sue has on hers, not sure what they used there. Since ours were used, the stickem was not like new, the edging looks like it will help keep the sticker in place.
sdear
It was some sort of black pin striping..not sure what width he used, as he cut some of it off when he trimmed it. But it was definately some sort of car striping. My sign was used too..so I am sure this will keep it in place around the edges. He also used some sort of light adhesive to mount the sign to the magnetic backing. It looks great. He really did a good job.
