Her back tires touched down in South Bend Indiana at 9:49am this morning!!! With only 8.6 miles on her odometer she is a piece! I do believe she is the very first one to arrive in Northern Indiana! While Melissa is loving this car, it is going to be 79 days until Bill is home from Iraq to rev the engine. The LeMans stripes will be painted on our convertible this week...have I mentioned that SHE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!! And OMG, what a sweet sounding motor!!! Talk about goose bumps!!! Take a look at her first pics! And I absolutely have to give the guys at Gurley Leep Ford on the south side of South Bend credit!!! You guys are great & by far the best dealership around!!! And this website and the info found on it...Thanks too to Five Oh B, you had the best info! You guys really helped us to get this car fast! TD30 Posted August 6, 2006 Report Share Posted August 6, 2006 melissa, to try and find out your order # you can call ford and they will tell you whether your car came out on the a,b, or c production run and the corresponding numbers begin at 310 i believe. so you should get, for example, a # like b350 meaning on the b line your car was the 40th built. however, you never know 100% if these guys have that as concrete info. worth a try though. td i also don't know how many lines thy will have or in what order Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So, for those out there that are giving their number off the line...it is not acurate. They may be #43 off of production line B, or whatever, but as far as what overall production number they are...no one is saying, not even Ford, until production is complete.
