2008ShelbyGT Posted March 19, 2008 Report Share Posted March 19, 2008 I chose the SGT over the GT 500 because of the automatic tranny not because of the ~$10K price difference. Plus I wanted a convertible with stripes and 99% of the GT 500 verts were coming w/out the "over the top" stripes. 07SHELBY GT Posted March 19, 2008 Report Share Posted March 19, 2008 I notice that there seems to be a lot of mine is better amongst Mustang fans,Why?I'm not in to V6 cars but plenty of people are,Good for them.I didn't defend my "Baby Shelby".i just drove it like I stole it and smiled each and every time!Honestly,No offense to Mr Shelby,I didn't care who's name was on it.The Shelby GT Rocks!BTW The 500 Rocks too!My Bullitt Rocks!You buy what you like.We each had our reasons for purchase.I could have used 500+ HP but I'm also half to mostly nutz!
