Greetings.

I just wanted to say hello. I purchased a new Black Shelby GT. Not my first mustang, but certainly my first Shelby. Nice to meet everyone.

I hope I get the pleasure to say hello to everyone. I am headed to the Shelby Plant this weekend in Vegas. I am looking forward to it.

Thanks.

Welcome aboard. Glad to have you.

I will have to get some images of my car. I have been busy messing with the car, and of course where I live there is about two feet of snow on my driveway. So it sits in the garage, while I drive my beater with a heater, back and forth from work.

I will get pictures up as soon as I can back it out.

My CS number is not low like many have shared here. I believe it to be 0576. I wont bet my life on this number as of yet. But, I believe this to be right.

Welcome to the asylum TR. A greal group of like minded crazies here. Don't pay any attention to Stump, the general consensis is that the white ones are quicker and much better looking, but the owners are far from uppity :hysterical2:

It's all good. I'm just teasing in fun.

I know you white car drivers are glad Amy vetoed the original design though. Originally it was proposed to have Sesame Street characters on the sides of the car so the owners could remeber which one was theirs in a shopping mall parking lot! :hysterical2::hysterical2:

Oh, I got a million of them!

Welcome. This is a great place to learn about these cars. Check the past posts - some the owners here were engaged in collecting and sharing info, well before the first SGTs were even assembled.

Don't let the color thing bother you, it's well documented that the blue ones are the fastest.

Don't worry about not knowing your CSM #. It's one of those things that will get burned into your memory, soon enough. When you meet another SGT owner, the conversation goes something like this ... "What's your CSM #?" . . . "Cool" . . . "What color?" . . . "Cool." . . . "What options?" . . . "Cool" . . . 15 seconds go by . . . "Oh yeah, what's your name?"

Have fun.
