Thought some of you would enjoy these shots of our two Shelby GT500s together. We are fortunate to own an original 1967 Shelby GT500 and therefore were estatic when Ford announces the 2007 Shelby.

Our 1967 Shelby is an original Ford of Canada delivered GT500 way back in June 1967. Our 2007 Shelby arrived in July of 2006 and is probably the very first car in Canada according to Ford. Not bad being almost 40 years apart to the month.

That is :censored: beautiful! You are very fortunate to have both of them in the same garage. How many miles on the '67?

You should shrink down one of the photos and use it as your avatar!

Nice rides. Lucky you are. What do you think that chances will be of me getting a 2013 Gran Torino with a 351 Cleveland in it? Didn't think so...

Wow, that is excellent. Maybe when I get mine I'll put it next to my '69 Camaro and take pics. Enjoy your new and old rides!

I am absolutely sick to my stomach. I had a 67 500 when I was a kid, but had to sell it many years ago to pay a hospital bill. Oh, I wish I'd have never done that.

Thanks for the pics- priceless!

Amazing 67shelb! Are you the Original Owner of the 67' as well?!?

How I wish I was, but I was only a young teenager when the '67 was built. Interestingly enough, my buddies and I used to ride our bicycles down to this actual Shelby dealer where this '67 was sold. Who knows, perhaps I even saw it there in the summer of 1967 on the dealer's lot!

Our 1967 GT500 is an all original Shelby with just 51,000 miles. It is documented in the Shelby Registry and is indeed a pleasure and also a privilige to own.

My son and I are looking forward to going to many car shows together with both Shelby's. Great quality father/son time.
