Whent to dealer yeasterday to find out info on my order. He called VOPC and they said it was on hold for engine. Last week it was stripping, the week before it was shaker 1000. Has anyone else hierd of this?

All I get for info is mine is on material hold, no other details. I saw a tungsten with silver stripes yesterday and it looked especially sharp.

Customer service told me the same thing today. Material Hold for Engine. The lady gave me her direct line phone # (told me to call anytime to check on the car) and also gave me the number of the Vehicle Order Processing Center 1-800-962-3746. This is a different # than customer service. She said for those of us that do not have our VIN'S should give the dealer #, body style eg. T88, and order # and they can track it for you.

:shift:

Cool info to have, but the automated computer tracking system sucks. Keep saying T 8 9 and it's hearing T 8 5

Tried tracking the coupe, telling it T 8 8 and it's hearing T 8 2

Can't get through to find out.

Good thing I don't have an accent...

Mike.

ERL @ VOPC will not ever be fixed to understand any Shelby (T88 or T89)

Although its a line for Dealers, it doesn't even work for them either.

so with regards to the Shelby, VOPC management has decided that Shelby dealers and Shelby customers, can just piss off, as it is not worth their time to fix the problem. Screw 'em, Who needs 'em.

Customer service answers questions about status (if they have it) when anyone calls (and they're much nicer too)
