stump_breaker Posted December 27, 2007 Report Share Posted December 27, 2007 I saw this car on a Modern Marvels episode when they were talking about the Mustang but I could have sworn the one they showed had a 4 cylinder. 69dejavue Posted December 27, 2007 Report Share Posted December 27, 2007 the article mentioned that ford did a great job in bringing this to production in 18 months and ahead of chevrolet, dodge, plymouth, etc. What the article did not tell you is ford used a lot of parts directly from the ford falcon for the 64 1/2 Mustang.
