Redskin28 Posted November 26, 2007 Report Share Posted November 26, 2007 I got a email that my car was built on 10/17 and sent to Shelby. On 11/01 the dealer said it arrived at Shelby. I check the vin number on this site and it shows it has not arrived at Shelby yet? Has anyone else had this happen? I was wondering when every one else's car was manufactured and with no Mods how long is the wait at Shelby. (Thanks for posting my info AFBLUE...Less typing for me) The dealer already had the order in when I "found" the car. It had the options I wanted plus a couple of things I may not have wanted...that's OK. I just happened to stumble across the dealers order and put a deposit down to hold it. [/qu Wow Strawman yours arrived on 9/25 and still not done are you having any mods or is two to three months the wait time, once it gets to Vegas. Man this is taking forever if I did not get such a good deal on this car I would have bought a completed one off a lot or Ebay or something this wait is crazy. Not exactly sure what "shows up in their system" entails, but if it corresponds to when my car changed to "arrived at SAI", then I'm looking at early to mid January, or 7 months since I ordered <sigh> That would be 20 Nov + 4 - 6 weeks = 16 - 30 Dec (completed) + another week to go to mod shop (just lower grille and fogs + quarter window trim) then 2 weeks to ship to me.
