JETSOLVER
Jan. issue of MM&FF speculates a N/A. DOHC 5.4 making 400 pony's. Good stuff but I still want a SN197 COBRA "R". The styling could stretch the retro thing into "HERITAGE", and just stand on its own. I hope its not just a sticker pkg. thing like the "pony" LONG LIVE THE MUSTANG AND HER COATS OF MANY S.E.'s!!!! robertlane
I spoke with several people at Ford and on Team Mustang - NO Cobra R. They didn't even have to think about it when I asked.
crispy23c
Wellll, that's a bummer, but I guess they have a real race-mustang available now (non-street). By the way, one of my older bro's is a Mustang fan. I tried to get him to jump on the GT500 wagon early, but no bite. So I relayed the Boss info to him, and he's ramped up!. I think he'll bite on that for sure (plus one of his neighbors (who also owns a '69 Boss 302 and an "Eleanor" Shelby) is all over this. Here's to adding to the local herd! :P Geez, I would even consider it, if I could get a 'vert (please, no flames, I know what it's built for, that's why I want a Shelby 'vert). Trouble is that I can't convince the wife that she needs a Boss. Oh, well , I guess if I hit the lottery she can't say much if I "load up" on Ford Product! Just doing my part... robertlane
When Ford builds a Boss convertible, Hillary Clinton will be head or the NRA.
