fatboy_merged
i'm goin to have my windows tinted as u know the door windows slightly move up and down when u open or close the door. would that affect the tinting film in any way? i'd prefer having windows that are already tinted from the glass maker. could tinted glass be ordered from Ford or will i have to just settle for tinted film? stump_breaker
ok. i heard there is a really good custom shop in town that does window tints. i'll go take a looksee this week They trick the doors into thinking they are closed when they apply tint or at least they did so on mine. I think they manually close the latching mechanism and it rolls the windows up. Afterwards it did not affect my window tint with the up and down movement. SGT2666
I wanted to get mine tinted but after seeing some of the Black cars in pictures I changed my mind. I thought it made the quarter windows disappear and the door windows to to a lesser extent. I thought it messed with the lines of the car, anyone else notice this? does it look that way when you see it in person?
