ruben05
Hi to all: I have been working with my car to get it finished. Right now the grille is my primary target. I bought 2 grilles, one to practice the cutting of the central square and holes locations, and a second to be the final product to get in to the car. At this time I haven't found a satisfactory way of cutting the stock grille square. Can you give some ideas or maybe the correct tool to have a nice cut. Fogs holes are 4 inches as I understood and the 4 hole to secure the grille rea 5/16. Thanks Ruben

It took over 6 hours to complete to where I was satisfied. There is a template (adobe format) for this proceedure.
