stump_breaker
No rattle here either. You're sure it's not the infamous exhaust rattle?

It could be the infamous upper strut mount rattle that many of the 05-07's have. http://www.mustangforums.com/m_2297319/tm.htm
CrazyDave_merged
I hear suspension noises backing out of my driveway when he plops down over the 2 inch drop at end of driveway. At an angle, something gets torqued. Just a little squeak/creak noise. I wonder if the suspension mods are tight?

07shelbygt109
I have not had a Mustang yet that did not creak some in the front end. I think it is a product of the strut suspension. Also sway bars are prone to making noises.

I remember reading in the Shelby manual that rattles and squeaks are not covered under warranty because of the FRPP suspension being stiffer and thus causing more rattles and such. Clunking and such noises are signs of something loose and should be looked into.

Skip
Try checking the point where the hood pin rod meets the plate. If the pin is touching the stainless plate bolted on top of the hood it will rub and make a squeaking sound. At least it does on mine. You can also push down on the front drivers side corner of the hood and it will flex a little and make that same noise. It looks like who ever drilled the hole for the plate was off a little and put the plate to close to the pin and it rubs. Eventually it will wear a little spot and not squeak. It is not really visible though. Not sure if this is what your problem is, but it may give you a place to look.

tko211
As others have already mentioned, a front rattle is not something I notice at all. Mine is solid and operates without noise. Backing out of my driveway and down off the 2" curb at an angle, produces a slight creek on the strut. This is normal and it's is due to the stiff performance parts from Ford.
