mciarochi
Holy crap. This is a sad list of cars. I worked as a VW mechanic and then a Saab mechanic and it shows in this list. I used to rally the Saabs, and modified the hell out of the little Ford 4-bangers in the 96 and 97. The El Camino was my first hot rod, and I beat a Shelby GT 350 in a street race once upon a time (no fair, I ambushed the poor guy). If you throw out the crap, there are a couple of nice cars in there. *** = Heavily Modified (major powertrain and suspension) * = Lightly Modified 1963 VW Beetle * (first car, bought for $80 when I was 13) 1961 VW Camper 1968 VW Station Wagon 1962 Chevrolet Biscayne 1968 Ford F-250 1968 Chevrolet El Camino *** 1972 Saab Sonnet *** 1974 Saab Sonnet * 1975 Saab 99 LE 1976 Saab 99 EMS 1969 Saab 95 1968 Saab 96 (Parts) 1972 Lincoln 1968 Mustang *** 1985 Cadillac 1965 F-100 (Still own) *** 1989 Taurus SHO (Parts) 1989 Taurus SHO 1998 Chrysler Town & Country 1999 Chrysler Sebring JXI 2000 Mustang (Still own) * 2008 Mustang Shelby GT500 (Still own) *

07SGT0546
I think this is it.....I go through cars like most people go through ink pens. 1977 Fiat Spider (had it for 1 year, little sister totaled it) 1985 Honda Prelude Si (had it for 5 yearslasted +100k miles until I sold it) 1991 Subaru SVX (3 year lease, too temperamental) 1988 Honda Hurricane (yes I know it isn't a car, but I had to get this out of my system, two near death experiences and I sold it) 1970 Mustang Convertible (had it for 6 years, 302 4 spd, loved and should have NEVER sold it) 1995 Isuzu Trooper (had it for 5 years sold it at about 115k miles) 1996 Ford Bronco (had it for 2 years, drove it under a creek, totaled) 1991 Mustang GT (5.0 5 sp) (had it for one year, never got used to the whore-house red interior, loved the sound and performance though) 2001 SVT Cobra Convertible (disappointing performance, sold it after a year, plus was being stationed in Michigan so I figured "what was the point") 1993 Ford Bronco (great truck for the Michigan winters) 1969 Mustang Sportsroof (302 4sp, my getting back from Iraq present, never quite got it restored despite much money/angst/soul draining effort, sold it to a professional restorer in order to convert my home AC from swamp coolers to refrigerated air) 1998 SVT Cobra (liked the car, but needed another truck. Sold it and bought my current 1995 Ford Bronco) 1995 Bronco (see above) 2007 Shelby SGT (I love the car, but if I could get the 1970 convertible back......let me ponder) S/F
Cobramach1
I'm not really sure at what point I should even start because some of the vehicles very early on were also vehicles we used on the farm but here goes: 1977 F150 4x4, 351M (farm truck, sold) 1970 Mach 1 Mustang, H code, still have, though it has a MR 427FE in it now 1979 Cougar XR7 351w (sold) 1970 Mach 1 Mustang, H code, white/red w/factory a/c, still have (needs resto) 1979 F-150 4x4 short box, 400 (fun truck, traded for '84 diesel) 1984 F-250 4x4 Diesel (had to get to pull a trailer to go drag racing - gave to dad for farm, gone from farm) 1969 Mach 1 Mustang, R code, 4sp, still have (needs resto) 1990 Honda Prelude Si 4 wheel steering (first non-Ford vehicle - sold) 1969 Fastback Mustang H code, w/390/auto (car was rough, pulled drivetrain out and sold rolling shell) 2002 F-250 4x4 Super Duty Powerstroke Diesel (to pull a trailer for racing and for all weather driving - still have) 1991 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo (second non-Ford, worst vehicle ever as far as maintenance! - sold) 2000 Mustang GT (came to my senses after two non Ford vehicles though I didn't like the Mustang until '99 again -sold for newer Mach 1) 2004 Mach 1 Mustang (was planning to keep, but may get sold if Ford comes out with another Mach 1 with a larger motor or to purchase wife a GT500) 2007 Fusion SEL V6 AWD (wife's car) Future cars: GT500 (for wife) Factory Five Cobra kit car (where the 427 in my old Mach 1 will go) Either keep current Mach 1, or get a newer Mach 1 down the road or even a Boss if they come out with them again. I think I'll pretty much be done buying vehicles after that because I'll need a large garage for all of them since half are still on the farm!
