daytonprowler_merged
Ford Racing is offering the Brembo front brake package ( the same one used on the GT 500 ). Can we still use the same stock Shelby GT 18" wheels with this upgrade? I do not want to change wheel and tire size to upgrade the brake system. ShelbyPilot
Randall, I don't think you can use the stock wheels. The problem is the offset not the diameter. The GT500 has wider wheels. A stangsunleashed member who owns both cars was kind enough to try and he said not even close. However, feel free to take other opinions and experiment yourself. The razor wheels we had in stock (we are out at the moment) would not completely clear the Brembo brake caliper. The new razors we have on order (still ARRRRGHHH!!!!) were redesigned to clear the Brembo brake calipers. Bud
