Santa's been berry, berry good to me!

I've got a permanent grin. This car is an absolute blast to drive! I picked it up today. It was a long wait. I put a deposit down back in the summer of 2005. That was back before Ford decided to sell them at all dealers and pretty much did away with SVT. It was also before the dealers knew what they would sell for, so I'm very happy with the MSRP deal. I finally got to order in May 07. I had just about given up hope that they would get it. But they came though in the end.

I gave the dealer instructions to wash it and nothing else. I removed all the plastic, etc myself. BTW, what does the red star on the windshield mean?

You are an A+ citizen of SU for posting a pic immediately. As for the star, I have no idea....mine didn't have one. does it say anything on the star?

Congrats, your car is gorgeous. The star...dunno...looks kinda like a soviet star. If you get pulled over tell the cop your Russian and have diplomatic immunity. Speak some gibberish and just drive off at a high rate of speed. Think Borat in a GT500! :hysterical2:

Thanks guys!. I've been having a blast driving it for the past couple of days.

I don't know about the star. I've already removed. Nothing written on it. It's vinyl. Almost like a static cling sticker, but it did have a little adhesive. I used a hair dryer and razor blade to remove it. Perhaps it had something to do with shipping. My car went from Michigan to Atlanta by train and then ~120 miles to the dealer by truck.
