Build date of 01/03 and a ETA to the dealer of the week of 01/17/08 if I read everything right on his dealer screen. I can't wait. It's so close and yet so far away. 5 weeks seems like a long time right now. But with Xmas, New Years and the Birthday Bash it's gonna go pretty quick I think. Well, I ordered two of each through Micheal Morris...its kind of a long story, but to sum up, after my wife suprised me with the car I am just about to get, when I showed my father what I am getting, they decided they LOVED the Black with red stripes, as it is my mothers favorite colors too, and asked if they would be stealing my thunder if they got one too...I said that would be awesome to have TWINS, so they asked if I knew where to get it, and I went straight to Michael Morris, and within an hour, I had the exact car ordered for them only about a week behind mine in production, for a fair price. And Michael has been SUPER to deal with since he is so knowledgeable and one of us anyway! When their car gets to his dealership, he is installing their extras, including an additional lightbar, and tucking the parts for my car in the trunk to be installed when we get their car at my dealer, but I havent asked what they will charge me yet. I just got an Ipod and would like to be able to plug it in and listen to some tunes. The Homelink looks pretty cool and not having to get another garage door opener would be nice. Hard to justify getting this knowing that they will take it off for my car to get the SS package done. I'm also looking at new stereo's and that JL audio sub woofer. I just ordered the name plate as well. I've been thinking about those SS rims too but the Pirelli tires are a rip off and I don't know what else I can put on it. Give them your VIN and they can get your sticker for you. As for the rail car I have no idea if your dealer won't give it to you. Good luck.
