A reliable source of mine in the print media claims to have some insider information on the recent article on the Shelby and the C6 in C&D that might be of interest here.

Apparently, according to my source, while the C&D "testers" were buckling up in the Shelby, the "techs" from Chevy creeped around to the rear of the Mustang and tied 3 cinder blocks to the rear axle right before accelleration tests.

Further, these same Chevy "techs" complained of a "strange smoke-related" odor eminating from the cockpit of the Shelby once testing was completed.

Media types on hand followed the C&D "testers" to a local 7-11 immediately after the testing session and report that the drivers bought "several bags" of cookies and Doriitos at the convienence store.

Food for thought, my friends. :happy feet:

P.S. It was reported also that that an empty Crave Case from White Castle was seen being tossed in the trash while at the 7-11.:party: :tease: :drop::hysterical2:
