mastersmech1
Never driven a Shelby GT;No need to as I have a GT 500.................. Don't bet on it. I have both and often times choose the SGT over the GT500. If you havn't modded the 500 with the the FRPP Drag Pack or something similar, then the 500 rolls like a bowl of jelly. The SGT is a better "sports car" ride out of the box. I drove a GT500 vert before my SGT. Still driving both and they are both great rides. chris_garcia624
I traded my Torch Red 2007 Premium GT, which I only had for 4 months, for the SGT. I went in to the dealership for an oil change and came out with an SGT. Prior to that I had an 1993 GT Convertible, which I sold and I regret having gotten rid of her. Im loving my SGT though. stormeaston
92 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo, 1999 BMW Z3, and a 98 Crown Vic police Intercepter. I traded the BMW on the Shelby and kept the other two. The Steath is the fastest of them all by far, but the Shelby gets more looks and attention. When you say Dodge Stealth they all go "whaaaat'? when you say Shelby GT they go "yeaaah"!
fatboy
00 Toyota Tundra 4x4 Limited access cab TRD offroad package. almost bought a Tacoma 4x4 TRD offroad crew cab but got a Shelby. now i cant go on dirt roads. i'll probably need another 4x4 eventually....hmm those F-150 FX4s are lookin better everyday :bandance:
SoDakMac
The Shelby is strictly a boomer car. I did not trade anything in on the Mustang. Our over the road car is a Chrysler 300C (a great car by the way) and I have a F250 diesel for pulling, hunting and fishing.
