EUSMCBOB
HAD A 66 GT350 AND NOW HAVE 08 GT500 GOING IN THE 700/735. HOW LOW WILL THE CAR BE AFTER THE CHANGE. WILL IT BE PRACTICLE TO FOR A RETIRED MARINE TO DRIVE AROUND IN COLORADO ON A SEMI DAILY BASES AT THAT HEIGHT? IF NOT CAN SAI ADJUST IT BACK UP SOMEWHAT TO MAKE IT PRACTICLE? WITH ALL THIS HP AND HANDLING CHANGES DOES THE SEAT BELT SYSTEM GET UPGRADED TO MORE OF A HARNESS OR RACING TYPE SYSTEM. HOW DO YOU GUYS GET HIGHER OCTANE GAS THAN WHATS AVAILIBLE AT THE PUMP WHICH HERE IS 91? ANY GUESS AS TO HOW MANY SS'S WILL GET 605HP VS 700+ ? WHAT IS THE FINAL ON HOW THE SIDE STRIPES WILL APPEAR IN REFERENCE TO THE SS? THATS PROBABLY MY ALLOTMENT OF DUMB QUESTIONS FOR THE DAY. THANKS ROBERT

SAI is not doing anything with the seatbelts. i guess they believe the factory is good enought. you can buy octane boost at the auto parts store. i had to do this with a 69 cougar that had a 428CJ. no numbers on the 600 vs 725. im almost postive that on the SS001C the Super Snake was at right in front of the rear wheel. on SS002P the stripe has been moved up to where the GT500 is on a factory car. now looks kinda like this GT500 Super Snake. but the SS is real cool looking thats all i got michael morris
pdrake
why would you get the 725 package if you want it tuned back? would you want to tune it different on the weekends? you can tune it back and put a different pully on the KB to get a little tamer. the total number of packages has not been set. yes, the SS002P has "Super Snake" at the front of the stripe right behind the wheel well. you can always put a racing seat in it with a 5 or 6 point harness. that should run under a grand. you might want to contact trick gas to see if they have locations in your area. www.trickgas.com this is from their website: We're happy to give you information about the TRICK distributor nearest you. Simply call us at 800-444-1449 (M-F, 9-5 PST). hope that helps . . . perry shelby autos

THATS PROBABLY MY ALLOTMENT OF DUMB QUESTIONS FOR THE DAY. THANKS ROBERT Hi, Robert. I see you have had some questions answered already... As far as practical..well...how do you define "practical"??? I can tell you this: I drove the 600 HP SuperSnake. It is very 'docile' and streetable. Until you open it up. If you drive it like you are just driving down the street, it feels like a regular GT500. If you have a heavy foot, you will definitely feel it! The car also handles much sharper - and flatter- than a regular GT500, so you can slam through the turns pretty fast. Really fast!!! Hey...you're a retired Marine. You can take it!!!
