Orf
Anyone who knows Avagadro's number is a geek. that includes me. I love guacamole. That's made from avagadros, right?
EmpireStateGT500
I'll probably get killed on this one. My guess is it's a small block. You're off the hook and get to live a little longer, Orf. You're right. It's considered a small block.
Ripthedealeroff
You're off the hook and get to live a little longer, Orf. You're right. It's considered a small block. How about this...it's got as much torque and compression as a big, big, block. Think of this motor like the ipod...years ago you couldn't carry a tape player. All things have been reduced in size with much higher output. So with that being said 427 means nothing today unless you're lucky enough to own one of the older ones. EmpireStateGT500
Rock Tavern? Isn't that where OCC is? Yep. The new OCC World Headquarters is really going to be something. It is a combination factory (assembly plant), showroom, and merchandise (retail) complex. Here is a link to a camera at the construction site. http://www.constructioncam.com/occ/ The buildings that you see in the background are part of Stewart Air National Guard Base. It’s home to the 105th Airlift Wing whose mission is to provide peacetime and wartime inter-theater airlift operations using the C-5A “Galaxy” cargo aircraft. Thats the maintenance hanger for the C-5's in the background. http://www.nystew.ang.af.mil/squadrons.htm We're not too far from New York City. In fact, I'm looking out my office window into Central Park, or at least the part I can see in between the buildings. OOOPs. Off topic, again. Sorry. Now go drive your Shelby. Orf
OOOPs. Off topic, again. Sorry. Now go drive your Shelby. Wish I could. It's been sleeping for 2 weeks. The weather has been less than cooperative with my schedule. Maybe I'll try to make a run up there next summer to see the new shop. I'll let you know. EmpireStateGT500
That'd be great! The current retail shop is nearby too. It's not nearly as nice as the headquarters but it's still fun to visit.
