I do soils engineering, test asphalt and concrete pavement for ride quality. Ive done pavement evaluation for the Long Beach Indy Car circuit, Honda test track in the high desert of California and drag strip evaluations for tracks up and down California. I play five string bluegrass and cruise the beach on weekends when I don't play golf(I guess the last two can't be considered occupations).

Good Lord, I just skimmed your post and thought you were doing the infamous "I like taking long walks along the beach" line. Thought I was on Match. Com! But, since I re-read it and now have your true intentions, I'll play:

 

Manager of a radio station. Play drums, golf, teach SCUBA, fly airplanes. Playing drums has paid a few bills, as has flying airplanes and teaching SCUBA. Like Howard, the net effect of golf on my wallet is not positive.
