I bought another one 2 weeks later for MSRP at $399.

I remember that I knew someone who sold two off those Xbox and made a good bit off money. I could never afford 75K for this car. I tell you what I have NEVER wanted a car so bad. I know Im out of luck for this year but i will be first in line next year over MSRP or not. I know Im scary but It has gotten the Shelby Mustang bug and I cannot shake it. Is It possibly to get PSDS with out having a car on order ? Just the thought of having one next year?
longebow
DON'T DISPAIR! If you do an "advanced search" on the ebay site, and look for 2007 ford mustang gt500, and then select "completed" transactions, you will note that the winning bids have been falling since March. Also, check out the bid history of these. There are a LOT of bidders with ZERO feedback. To me, it smells of "strawmen" who are trying to generate higher bids. Just my 0.02. longebow

Check out the link below... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=4640769142 ShelbyWise You know what's REALLY bizarre about this? The high bidder is buying a USED car. The listing seller is not a Ford dealer; he/she/it sells used JEEPS!!!! They may not register it, so it wouldn't be "used" per title, but according to Ford's records, Jeep Man will be the first owner. I think my grandmother once said it best when she blurted out bj

So let me get this straight, selling an X-box for a 476% mark-up is ok but a dealer selling a Shelby for a 20% markup over MSRP is wrong. The supply/demand theory is ok if it profits an individual but not a business who is in buusiness to make money. I am not saying that one or the other is right or wrong; just an observation. Good point, ISELLFORD, but EvilChris failed to mention that he'd ripped those stupid logos off the X-Box and replaced them with his custom logos: SoapBox and Sh*tBox bj

I beleive if im not mistaken, it was the customers that were reselling theirs not the company.
