Shelby Forecast

Hello Everyone:

I NEED YOUR HELP!! :sos: I'm one of the pathetic shmucks who wants a Shelby GT500 but I don't have a power lease and I'm not high up on any waiting lists. I live in California and the highest I've been able to get on a list with the local Ford dealers is 250!! That's so sad... Obviously, like everyone else I would like to pay at MSRP or close to it but this is a unrealistic dream at the present time. I am totally willing to wait until late 2007 or even 2008 to purchase the car.

Since my current plan for acquiring a shelby this year is out of the question I need your help in devising a plan.

My question to you all is this: If you were in my shoes, how would you go about getting the car in 2007 or 2008 at the lowest price?

I appreciate any thoughts/comments that you have. Thanks, Dan

The only way to get one at this point would be if you have $20,000 of toilet paper money laying around and will pay $65k for a Mustang.

Be advised if you do spend that, you are NOT investing in something. The car will not ROI until you're maybe 95 years old.
