I can't believe how they refuse to believe this Shelby is sooo much more and better car than the Terms. They think their Terminators are God's gift. Again, I'm done, may read it occasionally and watch a few videos but no more posts for me!!!! This one is # 1 now for info with a much friendlier atmosphere. When themustangsource was fairly new and small, it had very little hating. Now, as it has grown and more people have joined, it is getting less friendly. This site is still small and still friendly. I think eventually it will overpopulate and become just like the rest of them. Too bad, I enjoy the friendly, helpful side of these boards. Welcome to the big city folks, It should be of no surprise that when these forums get more populated, the yahoo's and whiner's are bound to showup, unfortunately. This site is great and has alot to offer all of us. I too will continue to ignore the "bad element" and appreciate all the bright and helpful people that normally use the forum. We all celebrate the arrival of a new breed of performance/muscle car. While some are not pleased that they can't get one for a variety of reasons, in the end there is a thread of helpfulness, respect for one another and an obvious lack of envy. The underlying thread on SVTP is one of envy and insecurity. It's as though they've managed to BS their way through life and suddenly a normal person can step up and call their bluff. This type of "I'm important...just ask me" attitude permeates the board and renders it useless. I am thankful for the great majority of you on this board that offer help, respect and share an experience. The whiny, bitchy SVTP members are defending their purchase of "Terminators" because they blew their wad buying them two years ago, didn't take the Powerlease option, and are now feeling left out because they are only two years into their deals and don't have the capitol to purchase a 500. I would be curious to see how many Terminators start to pop up on their FOR SALE classifieds next year after the madness has dimmed and their owners see what 500 H.P. is really about. As far as this site is concerned, it's up us to keep the riff-raff out. We can keep it positive by continuing to support and respect each other thoughts and opinions and by ignoring the negitivity that may come our way by future members. Just my two cents on the subject.
