gsharapa
Davidnz and Houston/San Anotonio Owners, Many of us up here in Dallas are part of the ClubCobra.com club (no dues) that started back in 1999 for the 65/66 AC 427 Cobra (2 seater) but many moving to Ford GTs and now Shelby GT 500s. The club welcomes all performance Shelby vehicles and every April we meet in Austin (Round Rock Marriott) for a 3 day event including cruise through the hill country. Many members in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Each group also meets every month in their city for breakfest (summer) and lunch the rest of the year. Dallas meets on first Saturday of the month. You can check it out at clubcobra.com (Texas Club pull down menu on the right top). Might be cool to have a bunch of GT500 in Austin next April????? http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/forumdispl...&forumid=23 Davidnz, SCAT (Shelby Club Association Texas) also has been around for 20 plus years and several members have new GT500s. Gary Morris is the president and he just bought a GT500 Blue with White stripes. They meet the second Saturday of the month. I don't currently belong to SCAT but going to re-join ($ 25.00 a year) http://www.scatracks.org/
