Nefarious
The GT350 has been my dream car to buy and I am wondering if it’s safe to buy a discontinued car? My fear is that after a couple years of use (4+ years), if a part were to get broken down; I won’t be able to find a replacement. Are the parts on this car very unique or can you find replacement parts pretty easily?
Macman756
It’s based off the S550 sharing a ton of parts from the GT500. Sure there’s parts.
Nefarious
What about the engine and transmission?
Macman756
Engine is in the GT500 without the flat plane. Trans is in the Mach
twobjshelbys
It's not 3 or 4 years down the road, it's 10 or 15 or 20. So far parts for Mustangs aren't an issue. Unique parts to the GT350, especially the engine, could be in the future, but why worry? Get the car now, drive it and enjoy it.
